Lampi radio veloci
I lampi radio veloci sono potenti ma brevi impulsi di onde radio che sembrano provenire da galassie a miliardi di anni luce di distanza. Il fenomeno delle raffiche radio veloci (FRB) è stato scoperto nel 2007.
Le raffiche radio veloci sono estremamente luminose data la loro breve durata e origine a grandi distanze, e gli scienziati non hanno identificato una possibile fonte naturale con alcuna sicurezza, per ora.
