Fumul înghețat (fumul de mare, ceața de aburi) este o ceață constând din vapori de apă înghețati, care se ridică din mare.Acesta este cauzat de aerul extrem de rece care curge peste apa relativ caldă, în special în regiunile polare (procesul de congelare a vaporilor în atmosferă pe timp de frig extrem).
