Sermilik Research Station

Sermilik Research Station is situated on a popular hiking route on the Ammasalik island in south east Greenland.

It was established in 1970 and it is owned by University of Copenhagen. It is not permanently staffed all year long, but it provides data on lichens, meteorological data, glacier mass balance measurements, data from river stations etc.
