Ο σταθμός Zackenberg
Ο Σταθμός Zackenberg, επίσης γνωστός ως ZERO – Zackenberg Ecological Research Operations, βρίσκεται στη βορειοδυτική Γροιλανδία (στην κοιλάδα Zackenberg).
Εγκαινιάστηκε επίσημα το 1997. Αυτή η εποχική εγκατάσταση ανήκει στην κυβέρνηση της Γροιλανδίας και διευθύνεται από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Άαρχους (Aarhus) της Δανίας. Φιλοξενεί 10 επιστήμονες και είναι αφιερωμένη στην έρευνα και την παρακολούθηση (monitoring=ποιοτική και ποσοτική παρακολούθηση αλλαγών, συγκεντρώσεων ρύπων, στο περιβάλλον ή στα οικοσυστήματα).
