AMAP (Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme) is an Arctic Council working group, with secretariat based in Oslo, Norway. Its work is focused on circumpolar areas and consists mainly of providing reliable data on Arctic environment, its threats (contaminants, climate change etc.)
