Gjuha e Grenlandës i përket grupit të gjuhëve Inuit dhe flitet në Grenlandë. Ka tri dialekte që fliten në veri (Avanersuaq), në lindje (Tunu) dhe në perëndim të ishullit (Kitaa).
Është një gjuhë politezike (kufiri mes fjalëve të veçanta dhe fjalia nuk është shumë e qartë) dhe aglutinative (fjala është ndërtuar duke shtuar forma të ndryshme të fjalës).
