The Willem Barents Biological Station
Willem Barents Biological Station is international base located in the western part of the Taimyr Peninsula, northeast of Meduza Bay next to protected area managed by the Administration of Taimyr Reserves. The project of the reserve and station was developed by the Russian Academy of Sciences, and implemented thanks to the financing of the government of the Netherlands.
