Geomagnetisk storm
Geomagnetiske stormer er pludselige ændringer i jordens magnetfelt. Det er forårsaget af intensive plasmautbrud fra solens overflade. Geomagnetiske stormer er et af elementerne som danner det såkaldte rumvejret, noget som påvirker en del teknologier som bruges på jorden.
