Corona

Corona is an optical phenomenon appearing as the result of light being refracted through water.

It’s a luminous ring or disc of light centered around the sun or moon. The ring often has a blue shade on its inside and a red shade on the outside.

It is mostly observed when light from the sun or moon is deflected around cloud droplets, appearing as the result of light being refracted through water, as it shines through a diffuse mist or thin clouds.
