Chokurdakh vitenskapelige tundrastasjon
Forskningsstasjonen Chokurdakh eies av det russiske vitenskapsakademiet ved Institutt for biologiske problemer i Cryolithozone, Sibir. Det ligger i naturreservatet Kytalyk på nordsiden av Berelekh-elven i nordøstlige Yakutia i Russland. Stasjonen ble opprettet i 2001 av russerne sammen med Vrije Universitet i Amsterdam med økonomisk støtte fra nederlandsk regjering og med tillatelse og hjelp fra departementet for naturvern I republikken Yakutia. På stasjonen utførest det tverrfaglig forskning på blant annet på rollen til permafrost i klimaendringene.
