Sermilik forskningsstasjon ligger langs en populær vandringsrute på Ammasalik i det sørøstlige Grønland. Den ble grunnlagt i 1970 og eies av Københavns Universitet. Den er ikke permanent bemannet hele året. På stasjonen samles det inn data om blant annet lav, vannføring i elver, meteorologi, og isbreers massebalanse.
