Το Suaasat είναι μια παραδοσιακή γροιλανδική σούπα όπου το κύριο συστατικό της είναι το κρέας φώκιας (ή κρέας φαλαινών, κρέας ταράνδων, κρέας θαλάσσιων πτηνών). Εμπλουτίζεται με πατάτες, ρύζι, μουλιασμένο κριθάρι και συνοδεύεται με απλά μπαχαρικά, όπως: αλάτι, πιπέρι και φύλλα δάφνης.
