Nállaga ís er ís sem myndast á yfirborði blauts jarðvegs. Ísinn myndar langa nállaga kristalla, hornrétt á yfirborðið sem hann mótast á. Litlir bitar af seti finnast oft á endum kristallanna. Ísnálarnar geta orðið allt að 20 sentimetra langar.
