Uer (Sebastes norvegicus, også kalt rødfisk) er rød marin fisk som finnes i Nord-Atlanterhavet. Den kan bli både stor (inntil 1 meter) og gammel (flere tiår). Den er ettertraktet som matfisk. Fargen på uer og dens slektninger i uerfamilien er forskjellig etter hvor dypt i havet de lever.
