Yakuts
Shumica e kombeve siberiane janë me origjinë turke. Yakuts jetojnë në Republikën e Sakait me kryeqytetin në Yakutsk, i cili që nga viti 2000 i përket Distriktit Federal të Lindjes së Largët Ruse (në pjesën gjeografike lindore të Siberisë).
Gjuhët zyrtare janë Yakut (Sakha) dhe rusisht, megjithëse Yakutia është një nga disa subjektet territoriale të Federatës Ruse në të cilën rusët janë një pakicë kombëtare.
Sipas regjistrimit të vitit 2018, numri i yakutëve që jetojnë në Republikën e Sakait arriti në 964 330 persona.
