Rytmy okołodobowe to biologiczne codzienne rytmy organizmów żywych. Obejmują określone zachowania i procesy zachodzące w organizmie, które regularnie powtarzają się w ciągu 24-godzinnego cyklu.

Rytmy są elementem zegara biologicznego.
