Cycles de Milanković

Dans les années 1920, le géophysicien serbe et astronome Milutin Milanković a déterminé que les changements cycliques dans les paramètres de l’orbite de la Terre et le mouvement de rotation affectent le climat de la Terre.

Trois composantes principales influencent la distribution et la quantité de rayonnement solaire atteignant la surface de la Terre:
