Бурятская кухня

Одна из традиционных кухонь народов Сибири. Базирует на простых и питательных блюдах. Одним из них являются позы (разновидность вареных пельменей с мясной начинкой и дырочкой на верху), борсо (сырая говядина, высушенная на ветру) и саламат (сливки, сваренные с мукой в виде густой массы).
