Kuchnia buriacka

Jedna z tradycyjnych kuchni narodów Syberii. Bazuje na prostych i pożywnych potrawach. Jednymi z nich są buuzy (rodzaj gotowanych pierożków z mięsnym farszem, uformowanych z dziurką na górze), borso (surowa wołowina suszona na wietrze) oraz salamat (śmietana gotowana z mąką aż do uzyskania gęstej masy).
