Buryats køkken
En af de traditionelle køkkener af nationerne i Sibirien. Den er baseret på enkle og nærende retter. En af dem er buuzy (en slags kogte dumplings med kødfyldning, dannet med et lille hul øverst), borso (rå lufttørret oksekød) og salamat (fløde kogt med mel til dannelse af en tykk masse).
