Buryat matkultur
Buryat-folket, et urfolk i Sibir har en matkultur som er basert på enkle og næringsrike retter. En av dem er buuzy (deres variant av kokte melboller med kjøttfylling), borso (rå lufttørrket biff) og salamat (krem kokt inn med mel til en tykk grøtaktig saus).
